The joja community development form is the jojamart equivalent to the community center bundles.
He can be found inside the kiosk at the bottom right of the store where he will offer the player a jojamart membership for 5 000g.
Stardew valley all endings there are three endings to stardew valley depending on the choices you make.

Are there any negitive sides from siding with joja.
After purchasing a jojamart membership all town restorations are purchased through the joja community development form at jojamart rather than by completing bundles and all completion cutscenes will show the jojamart workers completing the task instead.
It won t be easy.
With a little dedication you might just be the one to restore stardew valley to greatness.
Get a joja membership and the community center will be demolished but will be much easier to get the town upgrades since joja just asks for money.
Ever since joja corporation came to town the old ways of life have all but disappeared.
