It is the responsibility of the room users to make reservations in advance to ensure 1st priority.

The fourth floor is for quiet study only. Every room has a whiteboard. Down the hall from the group study rooms to the east are the administration offices including the chief information officer and dean of university libraries. Four study rooms on the fourth floor and two on the third floor are reserved for graduate students only.

To reserve the graduate study rooms go to the checkout desk on the second floor or call 912 478 5647. Technical services book processing government documents. Each person may make only 2 reservations per day for a total of 2 hours per day for up to 2 days in advance.
